Ashlee my side line from Team Chic n’ Scratch had this brilliant idea of doing a Blog Hop, Ashlee Thank you, you are simply awesome and superb, finally most of us did participate in the Blog Hop some early some late as most of us are first time Blog Hoppers.
The card that I have made is a wonderful technique that I have seen on a lot of video’s on You Tube. The background was created on Very vanilla and sponging the background using circular motion – the colors used are Pumpkin Pie, More Mustard and Close to Cocoa. Then I took the second impression of the medallion from the Artistic Etchings. Later using Chocolate Chip I stamped the Eifel tower, Text.The card has a vintage appeal, I cut out a stamped crown and used rhinestone brad to add the bling. A strip of Choco Chip with an impression with Versa Mark and rhinestone brads breaks the uniformity of the background and adds additional dimension to the card.
